Introduction
Dr Ian MagFhearraigh graduated from RCSI in 2008. He completed his internship in Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown in 2009. Following this he worked in an Emergency Department in New Zealand for a year, and subsequently started GP training with the Dublin / Mid Leinster Specialist Training Programme in General Practice in 2010.
Dr Ian has worked in general practice in North Dublin since 2014, joining Whitworth Medical Centre in 2017. He completed post graduate diplomas in Dermatology and Medicine for the Elderly and obtained experience in sexual health when he worked in the GUIDE Clinic in St James’ Hospital. He is a GP Tutor for medical students on placement from Trinity College. He is married with three young children.
